Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Party Chief to join our team. The Party Chief will be responsible for overseeing land surveying projects, ensuring accuracy, and managing field crews.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using advanced equipment and software.
- Lead field crews in surveying activities and provide guidance as needed.
- Utilize tools such as MicroStation, Carlson, GPS, and ArcGIS for accurate data collection.
- Perform data analysis and prepare reports based on survey findings.
- Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to support project requirements.
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure proper calibration.
Qualifications:
- 5 years' experience in a senior surveyor/party chief role within the heavy civil construction industry
- Valid Driver's License
- Field supervision experience strongly preferred
- Proficient with desktop drafting software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
